Message	I know what I posted, I just didn't understand the point of why sped, I mean sppdracer was repeating it. I am saying that I really would like to purchase a 4-plex this year that a pit manager has expressed he will be selling later this year and I am first on this list of buyers. I would just sell the Z (when I have the title), but I am working for a commercial real estate broker and would like something a little more professional than my lifted Jeep to represent myself (not to mention the Z gets a little better gas mileage). I just think putting the parts I need on a credit card will hurt me when I go for my mortgage, so might be better to sell or trade
